By taking a suggestion from the audience during every show, politely asking our writers to turn “Proctologist” and “Phone Booth” into comedy gold, and then presenting that show a mere two weeks later, The Mainstage Sketch Show shines a spotlight on the homegrown acting and writing talent of the iO West.
It’s a new show every time, and you, the audience member who screams loudest/fastest, get to come back and see your suggestion come to the life on the iO Mainstage –it’s like a pitch session with beer!
